Accessories, Special Orders, & Final Sale Items Are Not Returnable

14 Calendar Day Limit On All Returns & Exchanges

Be careful with the products until you decide you want to keep them

We check all returns very thoroughly!

We photograph the receipt, opening, and inspection of all returned items

All exchanges are paid out in the form of store credit after a passing wig is inspected

We reserve the right to charge a $25 per-item exchange fee after the 3rd exchange on a single purchase

CysterWigs charges a $25 fee for each exchange after you've requested 3 or more exchanges in a 3 month period

For your convenience, we provide shipping labels for all exchanges (the cost of which will be deducted from your store credit)

We do not provide shipping labels for returns for a refund to the original payment method

We always charge a $40 PER ITEM restocking fee for ALL refunds to original payment method, regardless of the reason

If your item is defective, we will send you a replacement of the exact same item free of charge

All inspection decisions are final
