Customizing My Kelsey By Envy For My Face by Kathleen

Customizing My Kelsey By Envy For My Face by Kathleen

Hi folks Kathleen here with how I customized my Kelsey to better flatter my face shape. Above (image 1) is the final product. I loved Kelsey before but for wearability I had to bring her volume down a bit (she has less permatease than Sonoma by René of Paris but still quite a bit) and trim and thin her to flatter my face and make her easier to wear in real life...not just for photos..😉

Hi folks Kathleen here with a comparison of three similar blondes. These are medium warm blondes. If you like one most likely you’ll like all three. The colors are Maui Gold by Tony of Beverly, Pralines & Cream by Jon Renau, and Caramel by Gabor. Out of the three Pralines & Cream and Caramel are most alike.

Kathleen's Review: Strawberry Cream Soda...I want one!

Kathleen's Review: Strawberry Cream Soda...I want one!

My first thoughts when I opened the box to BB was oooh such a pretty almost silvery pink.

Then I noticed this gorgeous curl pattern. It has that Old Hollywood vibe to it that I adore. The hair fibers are so fine..so light and soft. This color has almost an iridescence to it. It doesn't have that wiggy shine...its just beautiful. Now the root..oh my goodness the root...amazing..just amazing. A warm medium brown blended so realistically into the main colors of this wig.

Go For It review by Nancy

Go For It review by Nancy

First - the wig. In my opinion, this is one of the best short wigs Raquel Welch has released. The cap construction is lace front and mono crown (my favorite) with that amazing Memory 3 open cap. If you haven't tried it, the cap is silicone coated so for those of you with little or no hair, it's going to sit nice and secure on your scalp.

The density is perfect. When I first saw the photos, I thought maybe it was an updated version of Cinch. Not so - they are very different! I found Cinch to be a bit on the thin side. Go For It is just right - no unwanted wefts showing through and a very natural feel to the fibers. The pictures are right out of the box and it was very easy to manipulate into different looks. The lace front is just outstanding. Sometimes in rooted colors you can get that dark, straight line appearance at the forehead which, to me, is a dead wig giveaway. These two Shadow Shades are very natural looking.

When I first received her, I was honestly quite surprised with the amount of permatease. But ladies, Top Wave will give you the soft waves and volume that's so on trend.
