Every Day Hair

This is my everyday hair, actualy its a switch off between this and another wig I have. But this is my go to, always looks great and the length is about as long as I like my hair to get. The cap is so comfy and the color is spot on as compared to my bio hair. To shot to pull up in a decent pony tail but I do pin up the sides while at work.

Brooklyn by Henry Margu

I am loving my Brooklyn by Henry Margu. The quality of this wig is amazing. The hair fibers look & feel so real. Great movement. I love the part & lacefront as well.

Wearing wigs can be A-maxing if the quality is up to par. 😍

I love Brooklyn!!!

I cannot sing this wig’s praises enough! I just love this little layered bob! The length is great for every day wear. The hair is feathery light! These Henry Margu fibers are the closest I’ve ever had to human hair! The cap is soft and super comfortable. The color is one of my favorites, 8/14H. I’m going to order her in another color too because I just love this wig! I wear wigs daily due to alopecia, and this is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I’ve been wearing them for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend Brooklyn and love shopping at Cysterwigs!

Brooklyn Beauty

This is my first HM wig. The quality of Brooklyn was outstanding. The cap is very comfortable, fibers are smooth, nice lace front and a great mono part. I ordered color 130H which is a beautiful color but not on me. The color 130H is too dark for my complexion. There is also a true red hue in Brooklyn as well as copper. I was able to use a coupon for this purchase which made Brooklyn very affordable. In my opinion, HM is one of the highest quality manufactures on the market today. Brooklyn was absolutely beautiful, has all the features to look natural and feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Brooklyn.

Brooklyn - Pros and Cons

There are a ton of things I like about Brooklyn. The color (6H) is a great brunette with red (really copper) highlights. The hair fibers feel lovely. Cap is comfortable. The mono part hardly shows because the hair is so thick at the part (I should probably pluck it a bit).

Two main issues, one minor and one more concerning: The minor one is that she falls in my face constantly. I've tried training her off my face but she's a little stubborn! Don't have a steamer, but I think that would fix the issue (which is why I say it's minor).

The bigger issue for me is that she tangles SUPER fast. Like, even running a comb through her makes her tangle more. This, plus her length on me -- she falls exactly to the top of my shoulders, so every time my head moves, the hair brushes across them -- means that the bottom 2 inches of hair are now crunchy after a month of 5-day-a-week wear (and two washes). I've been very careful with her, spraying with detangler every day (I can't use Simply Stylin' because the smell of it is overwhelming) and wide-tooth combing gently, but her ends are awful-looking. I've shelved her for the summer for more off-the-neck styles -- hoping I can somehow revive her in the fall!
