Callie is gorgeous, with just one caveat…
This is my first Amore wig, and this wig looks pretty much just like the product pictures. The curl pattern is gorgeous. Callie has very natural density and volume, and the hair lays close to the scalp without a lot of “pouf.” I personally prefer this because more voluminous wigs can look super wiggy on me. I’m a petite-average cap size and this wig fits securely, comfortably, and with very good coverage. Callie reminds me of Ellen Wille’s Arrow in style, curl pattern, density, and length. However, the cap construction on Callie is completely different from Arrow.
Although Callie is gorgeous, the cap construction could be a problem for some people. This wig is cluster-knotted, which means the big cluster-knots are visible in your part after the lace front ends. To help minimize this, I wear Callie with a messy part. I also have some biohair that obscures the thick cluster knots, so this is not a major problem for me. If you do not have biohair, one possible solution would be to wear a wig cap that matches the hair color on Callie.
Overall this wig is still beautiful, and I feel good wearing it. If you are not bothered by the cluster-knots, it’s a great wig in every other way. That’s why I’m still giving it 5 stars. 😊
