Exactly what I hoped it would be!
I like lobs, so when I saw this one, I knew I would want to have it.
Backing up, it takes a lot for me to venture past Jon Renau, the majority of my dozens of wigs. But, I took a chance last year on Henry Margu and have to say, the quality is exceptional. I didn't hesitate with Candace because I was confident it would have what my other Margu wigs have: perfect lace, excellent fiber, a good fit for my petite average head, a superior cap that is comfortable, excellent coverage to the ears, and low density. I never buy heavy voluminous wigs any longer because they don't look realistic on anyone over the age of 40! I gave them all away and learned my lesson.
Although I have a few wigs in 26GR (and other cool blondes), the majority of my purchases are in very dark brunettes because that is my natural hair color. I ordered Candace in 1BH and love it. It looks exactly like my biohair, between a 1 and a 3. It is not black but a very dark, cool brown. The knots are virtually indetectable which, for a dark wig, is an achievement. Henry Margu has perfected the lace front on all its LF wigs.
The fiber is beyond description. It is silky, smooth, with a low, natural hair-like gloss, not shiny at all. Nothing needs to be done to it. Just make sure you only use a wide-tooth comb or a looped brush so you don't ruin this flawless material.
I wanted Candace for the length. It is longer than my go-to Elle, Julia, or Karlie but not so long as to look silly on a grown woman. It is about the…
