When I first received this wig I was thrilled. It looks great, fits my average size head perfect and I received lots of compliments. The color is perfect and the hair felt so soft. I loved it so much I immediately ordered a second one so I wouldn't be without one.

However, after about 2-4 weeks of daily wear (I alternate wearing with Peppermint and Biscotti Babe) the ends of the hairs started to get extremely hard and fizzy to such an extend that I couldn't make it look good anymore and had to cut the ends. Now 2 weeks after the cut it looks very fizzy again. I did everything right: only used the Jon Renau wig comb, used Jon Renau detangler for synthetic wigs daily (which I feel made it worse as it dries hard). I tried to revive it with heat treatment which made it look a bit better but did not last long.

I have the same experience with Peppermint. Not so much with Biscotti Babe as I wear her less and she is curly so more forgiving.

Now these are my first synthetic wigs (I used human hair toppers before) and they are all Belle Tress so maybe it's the brand or I still do something wrong, but it is really disappointing as the website states 3-6 months of daily wear.

I would still recommend Peppermint as she is lovely but do not expect much of the long term quality.

have thinning hair from a medication and stress!! Trying to let it rest and maybe grow back? Taking an hour to fix is overwhelming.. soooo, after much research on wigs, I discovered Cold Brew .. took a chance! It arrived today! I love it , I trimmed the bangs myself, and fiddled around with it awhile, but YAY!

I will NOT use heat on it, to try and maintain!

I like the color, though the roots are a bit darker than I expected. The highlights are lovely. The style is very cute, just like the photo. The "hair" itself feels dry and tangles very easily. Even strong winds make a snarled mess of it. The monofilament top is actually quite sparse. I wish it had Velcro adjusters in the back instead of the elastic bra type. I will not buy another one, but if you are not going to wear it everyday, it is pretty cute.

I just love this look! Not every wig is as light and flowy as this one. I purchased this because I plan on growing out my gray hair but would like to keep it as long in length as possible. My boyfriend loves it! It’s a keeper!

The only con is that it doesn’t have combs, it is a snug fit and I have a petite head but otherwise I love it and will wear this for daily use.
