True by Estetica

This is an absolute gem of a wig that doesn't look at all like the stock photos (which, IMO) look a bit dated. It's a cute little shaggy cut with longer sides if you like that coverage but can easily be tucked behind the ears. Very soft fibers and, as usual, the Estetica cap comfort. The color in the picture is ChromerT1B.

I absolutely love this True by Estetica! But my first opinion was different. I am so glad I took the time to get comfortable with the color. This was by first grey wig. I also tried my hand at thinning after watching How to Videos on “YouTube”. I am new to the wig world and so thankful for Cysterwigs. They have been very helpful. True is a great shake and go wig. I will also be purchasing more Estetica wigs.

Several months ago I bought and reviewed the True wig in color Chromert1b. Thinking that particular color was a little bland, I then decided to buy the same wig in color R344Lf58, hoping for a bolder pop of color. The wig came today, and boy was I ever disappointed. First, the cap is white. Why would you use a white cap on a wig with mostly very dark hair? I would be afraid to wear it in a place where others are in close proximity, for example in a church service. The wefts would definitely show. Second, the front part shows up the permatease pretty badly. If the color was rooted there wouldn’t have been a problem. Both of these issues could be easily remedied by the manufacturer, but in the meantime a beautiful mix of brunette/grey is sadly lacking.

Been wearing wigs for 2years now -/this is “me”plus it is so comfy that some days I forget I am wearing it!

My go-to wig has been deleted from this website, and I’m in total frustration trying to find an acceptable replacement. This is my second attempt, and I can honestly say I don’t hate it. On the contrary, it has much going for it. For one thing, it is one of the most comfortable wigs I’ve ever worn. Secondly, there is an ample amount of permatease to hold the style for as long as I usually wear a wig. Third, you can wear accessories in this piece and they really look cute. On the minus side, the wig is a little outdated looking. It is just not trendy at all. My mother wore her hair like this for many years! Also, I was terribly disappointed with the color CHROMERT1B. I was hoping for an exciting silver/white mix with the black roots. But it is nothing more than another (although pretty) rendition of grey. Not exactly a high fashion color. I decided to keep this wig because I will certainly wear it, but in no way is it a 5-Star style.
