My First Wig--Very Cute!

This wig fits so comfortably and snuggly on my head. You can adjust the tightness of the wig with 2 small velcro straps, but I have the wig as loose as it can go and it fits so well. There is a lot of 'perma-tease' under the bangs and in the back, top part of the wig. I like the 'perma-tease' because it gives the wig a fuller appearance and looks like actual teasing. The wig looks legit like real hair and isnt too shiny-- I also didnt need to do anything to the wig when it came out of the box, except mess with the bangs (which is a relief because I'm a wig newbie). The only thing I realized I dont like about this wig (I have no other wig experience to compare it to) is how sweaty/warm my head feels after wearing it for a while, in a warmer climate. I am very happy with this wig and will use it as my daily, everyday hair. I purchased the color 6H which looks reddish-brown with some dark honey colors.

Henry Margu Paige

This is my first wig and I love it. I ordered it in the same color 31H that Heather models, and although it’s a little darker than my own hair, it really suits me, I think. No adjustments or trimming, it was perfect right out of the box. I will be getting another!

Cute wig -- but not for me

I knew Paige was way out of my comfort zone, but I was tempted anyway. It's completely unflattering on me. I kept it because I though tI could make it work for me.

However, it's a lovely wig. The fit, the fibers, the color, all really nice. And if I ever want to look like the boy on the paint can, I'll be set!

Thumbs up if you are in love with permatease

I wanted to love this wig so very, very much! I am a Henry Margu Wigs fan, I love bangs -- also called fringe by some folks -- and there hasn't been a wig of this brand that I haven't liked. But this one ... Oh, my, the permatease is all kinky fibres and way too bountiful. I like some permatease but now I have definitely realised that for me, it has to be incorporated with some type of monofilament feature. Paige has a bulky permateased crown which ideally should have been made as a monofilament crown. Looking down on it, the permateased hair is seen clearly and this makes it painfully reminiscent of my granny's wig from the 1960s ... I ordered a shaded root, but even with a shaded root, that permatease is difficult to hide. There is velvet at the hairline which is comfortable but then somehow the bangs have permatease at the roots so they look as though they want to take off and fly away. I would recommend the similar wig from another manufacturer which I do own and have had no problems with (except that it's so often out of stock). On the plus side, Paige is INCREDIBLY comfortable to wear. It can be styled flat or give lots and lots of volume. It feels light and appears to be a comfortable wig for summer if permatease doesn't scare you off. The style looks good on me ... However, the closeup of the crown... It scares me off. No closeups of the crown, please.
