Julia is a jewel

This is a nice wig for the price. It is not to shiny or thick. I got mine in Oyster. I have worn it a few times. It does stand out in that color. I would order it next time in a more subtle shade as I don't like to be looked at. I worry what the person is thinking? My own insecurity I guess.

Best everyday wig in 12fs8!

I have been wearing Julia for years everyday. It is the perfect straight style and density. I do cut about 2 inches or so off the length, along with a few wispy bangs. At 4'10", and almost 60, I can't wear it too long. :) For a longer wig, it's lightweight enough that I am still able to wear it in the summer. Yes...it does tangle at the nape, a lot, even with the very best of care. It lasts no more than 8 weeks. That is the only con with this wig. PS Cysterwigs is THE BEST!!!!!

Perfect color and density for mature me who still likes her gray hair.

I absolutely love Julia in the color 101f48t (martini). My bio hair is about the same length with a predominant skunk stripe down the center where my dyed medium blonde hair is showing increasingly gray roots. Martini is the color I'd love my hair to be once I've finished growing it out. But if not, I've got the perfect elegant oh-so-chic alternative. I've also purchased Rosie and Julianne in Martini and love them as well. It seems that not many wigs come in this gorgeous color. Jon Renau, please make more!

Very happy customer !!!

I am new to wigs wearing And before I did any research I stop in on my local wig store to try some wigs and pick some colors so I know what I like. My bio hair it’s of black.

So after trying Zara in very light color I did purchase this piece and I learned later that are overpaid $150. After I started watching Heathers videos I understand more about prices type of hair colors and everything else what I should know before I start shopping for wigs. Because I like Zara style and color I ordered Julia because it’s very similar in style but shorter. Love texture color and style about this one. But after I open box The hair was a bandet on one side of my face. Because I wear my hair part in the middle it was really bother me. So I called customer service they were super nice and professional and they said I can return Julia so I decide to do it for store credit because of course I will still shop and buy a future pieces from Cisterwigs.

They are really helpful with questions what I have as a new customer.

PS.

Heather love love your reviews which probably I watch all of them. Find them very helpful for me. Great job I will always be you’re happy customer !!!

An oldie but goodie

I have three Julias. I purchased my first one when they first came out, then a second one when Jon Renau offered a new color (1BRH30), and just recently this one. I got this third Julia in FS10 -- Toffee Syrup, for two reasons. One, FS10 is being phased out, is only on a handful of wigs, and only on a couple that have a full mono top and lace front, Julia being one of them.

Two, my biohair is in about the same style and length as Julia, and I keep it dark (about a 4/33 combination). Julia enables me to have a bit more hair, and to look as if it is my own hair just better styled, and to vary the color. It is also like having maintenance-free hair -- no frizzing, no growth, etc., i.e., one of the reasons to have a wig at all.

Full disclosure, I did trim about 3 inches off my second Julia, the 1BRH30 because I thought perhaps it would be more manageable. I did not trim my first one, a 4, nor the new one. I can clip them back into a low pony, quite believably.

I did not know the techniques to tame strays and to train the bangs out of my face when I got my first Julia and so I left her unworn for a long time. Now, some years later, I know how to work with her and she can be styled to be just the way you want her. Watch Heather's videos on steaming, warming, training, etc. I also feel, now, that maybe a 4 is too dark for me and it is not dimensional, the way rooted colors or the FS10 and 1BRH30 are. I almost gave the first one away. Now I am glad I didn't!

For comparison, I…
