There are a ton of things I like about Brooklyn. The color (6H) is a great brunette with red (really copper) highlights. The hair fibers feel lovely. Cap is comfortable. The mono part hardly shows because the hair is so thick at the part (I should probably pluck it a bit).
Two main issues, one minor and one more concerning: The minor one is that she falls in my face constantly. I've tried training her off my face but she's a little stubborn! Don't have a steamer, but I think that would fix the issue (which is why I say it's minor).
The bigger issue for me is that she tangles SUPER fast. Like, even running a comb through her makes her tangle more. This, plus her length on me -- she falls exactly to the top of my shoulders, so every time my head moves, the hair brushes across them -- means that the bottom 2 inches of hair are now crunchy after a month of 5-day-a-week wear (and two washes). I've been very careful with her, spraying with detangler every day (I can't use Simply Stylin' because the smell of it is overwhelming) and wide-tooth combing gently, but her ends are awful-looking. I've shelved her for the summer for more off-the-neck styles -- hoping I can somehow revive her in the fall!
