A nice and welcome surprise!
After I applied a little water and blowdryer heat to direct the fibers back I found I truely like this piece. The dark roots show the knots a lot so I applied some concealer on my part and problem solved. The lace in front, if left loose, rolls under and is itchy. So I glue it down with It Stays and its much better. The cut is nice though I would have preferred a longer version of Woolala. I was weary of the Sugar Cookie with Hazlenut given the very dark roots but its not bad. Its a decent cousin to JR Shaded Pralines and Cream which is my fav so far. The fiber is very nice and soft. I think the difficulties with the heat defiant fiber will be less with this one than other brands.
I also got Kristen by JR, which has a similar cut, Lady Latte looks more natural because of the mono top and no permatease unlike Kristen. All in all I like it more than I expected and will definitely keep it in my rotation.
