Jury's still out on this one
To give a totally different spin on wig buying, I spend more of my time searching appropriate colors than I do styles. My bio hair color is black with about 30% grey/silver. I still have enough hair that it will show underneath a wig; this limits my choices of wigs greatly. The shadow shades licorice has been my go-to color for several years, but Raquel Welch keeps discontinuing all the styles I have come to know and love. Hence, my purchase of Go For It. I like the poufiness, but it has way too much hair for this senior citizen; no one my age is expected to have quite so much hair. The lace front is well
done, and the hair fibers feel natural. I wish it had another inch or so of length, but that is just a personal preference, not a criticism of the wig. The biggest problem with the wig is the fact that the hair on the crown seems to "lift" as the day wears on. I will style it how I want, and an hour or so later I will notice that it appears that I have taken a hair pick and lifted it to get more volume. By the time I take off the wig it has seemingly taken on a life of its own. I will just have to settle for this wig as of now because I can't find a better color in an appropriate style. If only I could be a blonde. . . (just kidding)
