My first 100% hand-tied wig was a Cameron, and it kind of made me a little bit of a wig snob:) I don't think anything beats the easy care and totally natural look of a hand-tied wig. They are, in a word, perfection. So I got vey curious about Karlie because I wanted a little extra length and thought this would make a gorgeous wig, particularly come fall.
Karlie is gorgeous hair! I'm only 5'2" and don't have much of a neck so it falls a little longer on me than on the model. It's a very sleek, mid-length bob on me, and it is to die for. It is very wearable and like most of Jon Renau's 100% hand-tied caps, the hair density is utterly believable. Only my closest friends know that Karlie is a wig. It passes as real hair to my coworkers and casual contacts everyday. I feel like a million bucks when I wear Karlie.
The color 8/32 is my go-to shade for Jon Renau. I wish he would make a deep brown like RQ or EW without so much red or blond in it, but 8/32 is a stunning color. Karlie parts in any direction with ease, and lends itself to low sloppy updos. The way the hair moves is so realistic. It's the kind of hair I wish I could have grown before I became sick.
Ladies, if you love Elle, this is the upgrade of your dreams. If you are a fan of Cameron, this is the extra length you can transition to.
