Love it!

I've always been a huge fan of Noriko wigs, but this style is one of my all-time favorites - especially in the Bubblegum-R color. I've received more compliments on this wig than nearly any other wig I've ever worn. People love the style and this color is stunning! It's cool and comfortable to wear. I would highly recommend this style for any lady with an adventuresome soul!

Billie by Noriko

I like this wig but think it needs a little more coverage on the sides. I can pull some of my bio hair out and it’s no big deal but those who can’t do that might have trouble in this area. It’s a super cute style though!

Fun and sassy but could be better.

Billie is the first Noriko wig that I've purchased. (I have Revlon / Rachael Welch / Ellen Wille.) Even though I really love this fun and easy style of Billie, I may never buy another Noriko. I don't know if all of the Noriko wigs have such wide gaps in the wefts, or if was just this wig. It looks like someone thinned out a few hunks in the mid-back area and a couple of the wefts looked stretched out. I have to flatten down the hair, rather than spiking the back, to keep the holes from showing through! Lucky for me, the wig color (Nutmeg-F) matches my own dark blond hair pretty well, so the gaps aren't all that noticeable. The price was comparable of my other wigs, of the same type construction, and I've never seen anything like this before!

If time would have allowed, I would have returned this wig and asked for a replacement of better quality. Had I ordered the Bubble Gum color and received this particular wig, I would have had to return it for sure because my dark blond hair would really show through in that color!

To continue my review of Noriko, in general, I do love the sizing of this wig. Noriko sizes run a little smaller than other brands, and that works well for me. Also, the hair fibers don't look as fake/overly shiny as some of the other brands.

However, choosing a Noriko color seems more difficult than choosing other brands. I looked at the Noriko color chart for Nutmeg-F on over 5 different wig store websites and they all showed vastly different color…

Billie Illumina R

Many decades ago I was invited backstage at the Fillmore East and watched as John Bonham destroyed a drum kit. Yeah, I AM “that old.” My “good little catholic girl” self still loves to rock and this baby fit me in every respect. I funked this wig up to maximum spike/volume with a piece out type product and went to town in the remote, conservative area where I now reside and had several stops to make. By the time I left the house I looked like a cross between Rod Stewart and Tina Turner. Gasp and pearl clutch, people loved it, stopped me everywhere I went and told me how cute the style was, apologized for “staring at your hair-I love it” and asked me who did my hair etc. I answered honestly, “Suzuki Noriko.” I certainly would tell people it was a wig but there’s a time and a place-and it’s not not a bunch of people in very public settings. “Thank you” will suffice. This was my first venture in wig purchasing and wearing one in public and I’m too old, too cranky and have too many less obvious more deadly medical issues to care much about small town gossip or other’s people’s opinions about my appearance. I really was surprised, however by all the positive feedback because it’s really....different from the typical Tundra Look.

The color is striking-I wish she offered more of her products in this color and the fit (after fiddling a bit with the back fasteners) was very comfortable. Of course you can flatten this model down to Executive Suite, suburban or “mature woman”…
