First off, the curls are just gorgeous on Dakota. I'm a sucker for boho beach waves / loose curls, and I've always lusted after Envy's Cinnamon Raisin color, so this was a no-brainer to order, but... ::sigh:: it's just not my favorite. Here's why:
The length hits me just above the shoulders, which tends to make my jawline and neck look slightly too wide. The cut looks mostly blunted as opposed to layered, which builds weight at the bottom, and the top doesn't have a lot of permatease to counter balance that. (And I usually hate permatease so when I say it looks like it could use it... it could use it!)
The mono part is fine, but the lace front is so tiny! On me, it doesn't even reach temple to temple. So there's not a lot of wiggle room to brush it back off your face.
On to the positives..
The color! Cinnamon raisin is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite "chestnut auburns." And as stated above the waves are very well done. They're soft and glamorous, almost Hollywood style but not quite. And the wig is very light overall which is great for warmer weather.
Overall, I'm keeping her because of the color and my insatiable desire for wavy/curly hair, but she's not exactly "it" for me yet.
