THE GIST:

Elle is a very cute boy cut with lots of texture to play with. Wear it messy or slicked down—either way, this cut will look fabulous and salon fresh. One of our favorite short styles!

Note about Envy colors: Envy has some gorgeous, vibrant and truly saturated, salon-fresh colors. Even the base colors are generally made of multiple tones swirled or blended. All of the base shades (with the exceptions of white, black, and dark brown) even look a little like they’ve got highlights. I think they’re really glamorous, but definitely not for folks who are opposed to highlighting.

Hey Carol...

Elle should have been named Carol. Remember the Brady Bunch? That’s what Elle looked like when I first put her on. Although, not quite as blunt.

Definitely softer framing on the face and sweeping curve at the nape & sideburns.

The problem for me here, is that my neck is short, which made this darling too long in the nape.

So, I trimmed the nape to fit better. Unfortunately, that also removed the curvy sweep of fringe there. I didn’t touch the sideburns so they will still sweep forward, if I want that look.

With that sacrifice, she fits much better. Her fibers are fine and soft. The color, Sparkling Champagne is a light & medium blonde blend and with a brown rooting for a natural look. No lace front or mono top/side part needed due to the nice bang coverage. If you are into short cuts, have a medium to long neck, and want some curvy sweeping at the nape & side burns, Carol - I mean Elle, is the girl for you!

Elle by Envy

The hair strands are poker straight and thicker than I expected. The only other Envy wig I have had is Alyssa and the Elle strands are much thicker and more like the Norikos I used to wear. After dry shampooing, wet shampooing and much thinning it looks leas wiggy and the style is nice. The med brown color is very pretty. The average cap size is bigger than the Alyssa and a bit too big for my head. I will wear it but probably will not buy another.

I bot this wig for the summer....it is really much shorter than I usually wear....I am in love with it. It is SO cute and easy. Much cuter than the model photos. It will be perfect for the summer.

This wig makes me feel so much younger!

I’m new to wigs, but after stalking Heather via her videos, I decided on this wig in creamed coffee.

Great decision.

It felt a little snug out of the box, but after a couple wearings, it’s very comfortable.

Thank you, Heather and all.

Awesome company.

cute little shaggy short hair cut. I love the price. Envy wigs are fun in my opinion. I love their colors too. Even though Elle didnt work out for me, I think its a pretty nice wig.
