Ivy (Mocchachino R) by Noriko– A surprising favorite…..
I’ve been happily wearing both Reese and Sky by Noriko but with winter comes higher collared tops so I chose Ivy because of the shorter neckline and because it is a shorter version of Sky. I was surprised to realize I like Ivy even more than Sky or Reese. Ivy is stylish and flatters my round face, plus I can style it various ways with headbands, clips, scarves, or gel/hairspray/fiber cream designed specifically for wigs. There isn’t excess permatease, although I’m kind of a permatease fan. I did trim the bangs a bit then I took it to my stylist like I do all my wigs for some personalization, but she found nothing needed to be tweaked. More Noriko Ivy wigs are in my future! I’ve tried several brands of wigs and Noriko is my favorite because: 1. the silky fiber denier reminds me of my own hair before the permanent damage of chemo and targeted therapies – it moves like biological hair, looks and feels like bio hair, 2. the caps fit my head so much better than any other brand, 3. for the price, I think Noriko provides a high-quality wig that, most importantly to me, is comfortable as I have a very sensitive scalp. Note: I also use the velvet wig-grip band which adds to the comfort of wearing wigs. I also prefer Cysterwigs due to their: excellent customer service, YouTube reviews, Instagram, blog, and website all of which help me make informed choices. And, of course, Cysterwigs sales are a great help when one has medical bills….or just bills!
