I've been on the search for a wig that I can wear in the wind. I live in a golf cart community with temperatures over 90 degrees 7 to 8 months out of the year. I tried wearing scarfs and hats but it was just too hot. Estetica wigs did not last at all in the wind. I tried several, They tangled almost immediately. I love the style and quality of Estetic but I now only wear them indoors. I then tried Kenzie and Haily by Tony of Beverly. They didn't tangle but lost their curly/wavy look.
I then decided to give Kahlua, a heat-defiant wig by BelleTress, a try. I figured I could at least get the curls back using a curling iron. I'm thrilled to say that I've played over 10 rounds of golf, including back and forth to the golf course in the golf cart, wearing Kahlua and she still looks "new". I haven't had to do a thing - no curling, cutting, etc. She still looks like she did out of the box.
Cap. I have a small head so the cap fits me perfectly.
Fibers. The fibers are very realistic. There are a few "fly-aways" but I think it adds to the realistic look.
Compliments. I've received many compliments but the best one was from my daughter. She said it was the "cutest" most realistic wig I've every worn.
Color. I've never worn a rooted color (Mocha with Cream). It's taken me a while to get used to it. I'm hoping that BelleTress will add more unrooted colors in the future.
BelleTress maybe my only wigs in the future.
