It earns it's hype!

What an easy style! In fact, the more I wear it the easier it becomes and the more I like it. I love the messy look, always have. This is wonderfully messy!

It is also the most comfortable Cap I have worn so far. I'm fairly new to wigs and have a few brands now but, just getting into RW. I must say the hype about her cap apparently is true. It is the most comfortable cap. It even stayed on wonderfully while I was gardening all week. It's great to wear gardening because when the wind blows and messes it up that only makes it look better! I went to the store with my window down and ended up with a lovely new styling?

My only disappointment is related to my being able to pick the right color. First I ordered glazed Auburn but it was so dark that I sent it back. I just don't look good in really dark hair. I am of a certain age after all. {Wink} {wink} Although I have never looked good in really dark hair even as a young'un. Envy those that can. So I tried glazed cinnamon instead. The depth of color is lighter so that is good but it is still not quite as red as I would like. It really reads more like reddish brown with highlights. But I kept it anyway. I was afraid of the glazed fire being too bold. Maybe next time I'll be bold enough to try it.

So far it is very cool as well on my head. But, we haven't got into the dead heat of summer yet. I have a very hot sweaty head naturally and will soak thru a baseball cap in no time. This will be my first summer with wigs. Wish me luck.…

Shake & go style

I purchased this standard cap Voltage wig because I wanted another RW style in Glazed Vanilla. I already have the hand-tied, lace front Voltage which I like very much. My standard cap Voltage is much different than the hand-tied style. Both are great but each of mine sport an entirely different type of style. The open cap I can get to do wild messy styling whereas the handtied version, seems to me, a bit more subdued and more 'set in its ways'. Perhaps it's just my lack of ability to manipulate the fibers ? The wig arrived quickly and the wig box was beautifully wrapped in a lovely patterned tissue. A nice Cysterwigs touch.

Voltage - An Eye Catcher!

I bought this wig several months ago and just recently mustered the courage to wear it in public. Having had mouse hair most of my life and now graduating to bunny fuz which is disappearing fast, I felt so self-conscious with a full head of beautiful hair. But it only took a few compliments to get me past that. It is an easy to style wig. I prefer the messy look, but it can easily be tamed. I purchased glazed Vanilla GL23+, light ash blonde on top, sides and around the face. But it has dark ash blonde roots also along the back. I do not like yellow or gold hair and this is the perfect color for me. It is a great color which does not come off as gray. Yes, it has permatease. But easily disguised. Not a big deal at all. Didn't I tease the heck out of my hair in high school? Even now, I tease my hair to make it look like I have more than I do. Thanks to Heather, I have learned so much from her videos. She posts her head and face sizes which is a tremendous help in determining how a wig will look, too. I have a 23” circumference head and almost 9” from hairline to chin. RW wigs fit nicely on a larger head. Also, face length is so important. Where a bob falls on a petite face, will look far shorter on my longer face and larger head. I encourage new wig wearers to take pictures of themselves. My new big hair didn't seem excessively big in the photo. I was pleased. I highly recommend this wig. Shake it, finger style and go. I hope they never discontinue it. I will be purchasing back…

Cute and flippy

Like the cut/style of this wig and the color (SS Hazelnut) is phenomenal. I bought 2, and I like the way the 2nd lays vs. The first -- I wish they could be more consistent. But other than that, no complaints so far.
